Changes for version 1.01

Functionally the same as 1.00, but made some changes to Build.PL so that it installs even if there are no JSON modules but JSON::Any is installed

easy manipulation of JSON headers

To install CGI::Application::Plugin::JSON, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CGI::Application::Plugin::JSON

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CGI::Application::Plugin::JSON
