added io watcher caching to fix troubles when there's multiple watcher to same fds.

perl interface for Cocoa event loop.

To install Cocoa::EventLoop, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Cocoa::EventLoop

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Cocoa::EventLoop
