[CODE] Optimisation: Avoid unnecessary flushing of the caller package's MRO cache (Nicholas Clark). [CODE] Optimisation: Use the internal constant _CAN_PCS to optimise out things that can't happen pre 5.10 (Nicholas Clark).

To install constant, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm constant

install constant
