Developer release to test switching to String::TtyLength's tty_width() for calculating width of strings. Added test case with wide text.

Render tables in manifold formats

To install Text::Table::Manifold, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Text::Table::Manifold

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Text::Table::Manifold
