Changes for version 1.305419

Updated to download WiX 3.0.5419. Will allow installation of future 3.5 versions. Added tests to match my other modules.

Installing and finding Windows Installer XML (WiX)

Implements the Alien::WiX interface.

To install Alien::WiX::Version30, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Alien::WiX::Version30

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Alien::WiX::Version30
