- Use UNIVERSAL::isa for self test (more robust)
- Updated eg/* for new cop-status
- on_error with Carp::* + docs
- Use libecasoundc-config (renamed in ecasound)
- Fix lib dir in Ecasound.xs (change in ecasound)
- Makefile.PL requires ecasound 2.2 for above
- Remove -lkvutils, not required
- Thread warning updated from feedback
- Update/Fix tests for new return formats and codes
- Warn and document ECASOUND re: env var
