Made sure that we cannot be loaded with different authorities via RT#86710 ( thanks ETHER! )

Add the $AUTHORITY variable and metadata to your distribution

To install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Authority, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Authority

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Authority
