Changes for version 0.36 - 2009-09-18

Bug 13449, changed the way MP3 average bitrate calculation works. Read bitrate of all frames starting from the beginning of the file, bail out early if the file appears to be CBR.
Fixed a few bugs in the buffering code.

XS parser for MP3, MP4, Ogg Vorbis, FLAC, ASF, WAV, AIFF, Musepack, Monkey's Audio

To install Audio::Scan, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Audio::Scan

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Audio::Scan
