Added --idle and --output modes to monitor TTY and issue notifications of activity (or lack thereof)

Send a notification message back to the user's desktop

To install App::BCVI::NotifyClient, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm App::BCVI::NotifyClient

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install App::BCVI::NotifyClient
