Changes for version 0.01

Finally decided to release a non-dev version of this module, since I've now been using it in production for quite some time without any big issues.
Changed the Catalyst example as requested by mst

To install Config::Settings, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Config::Settings

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Config::Settings
