DESCRIPTION

Localizer for Data::MuForm

This code has mainly been borrowed from Locale::TextDomain::OO. It requires UTF-8 and handles only .po files. It does not use the various LOCALE flags for languages. Language must be set on creation of the form. It does handle plurals.

TODO: implement allowing specification of user-provided messages file, and merging two message files
